- Maternity Specialists: Participants are paired with a dedicated nurse or maternity coach for 24/7 guidance, risk assessments, and routine check-ins.
- High-Risk Support: Members identified as high risk receive dedicated oversight from a Specialty Case Management Nurse or health advocate.
